Dr. Joyce Pardieu, PhD - JobLeaders, Inc.
Joyce has over 25 years of experience as a leadership and organizational consultant. During Dr. Pardieu’ s career, she has designed and led national and international workforce and organizational programs and conducted Executive and Team Coaching to over 500 leaders and executive teams. She specializes in an approach that merges the Science and Art of Performance to build leader, team, and organizational performance. She partners with her clients to build high performing teams, through hiring well, workforce performance, and targeted leadership development, while honoring the interconnectedness.
Dr. Pardieu holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Master’s in Organizational Behavior. She is a Board-Certified Executive Coach and is certified in various assessments and in project and change management. She writes and presents on topics related to: Effective Hiring, Workforce Performance, and Executive Coaching.
Tracey Hawkins, SPHR - Lead Dog Recruiting
Tracey started her own recruiting company, Lead Dog Recruiting, in July 2020. It is a veteran and woman owned business that grows mainly from repeat and referral business. Her 15 years of recruiting experience has focused on Fortune 500 companies such as BASF, MGM Grand and corporate McDonalds. Tracey brings a background supporting recruiting efforts for engineering giants like FMC, SPX Flow and Parker Hannifin. Tracey Hawkins began her career as an Air Force personnel officer for 8 years before becoming a human resources generalist/manager. She then joined a retained search firm, where she specialized in manufacturing related vacancies.
Tracey holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Webster University. She gained her SPHR certification in 2001.
